Booby Trap: Mearii did what?

Dear Lovers:

Booby Trap brought Mearii to spin not only the sweaty bodies at temporary spaces but she came ready to whip us into shape!

Could there ever be a night at booby trap when i don't stumble upon a beautiful dj or two? it is ridiculous! i don't know where these lovely ladies appear from but i sure don't mind at all... and i am more than sure that nobody complains either... eye candy and sick mixes? this place should be called "Heaven" or something along those lines...

The place was packed! it took me and Myranda a good twenty minutes to find parking and by the time we finally made it in all we saw were hands up and booties shaking from left to right and down of course.

So many familiar faces! and a few new ones, it was just great!

I couldn't leave the place even if i tried! just ask kim anh how many times i made the attempt to leave, and why would i want to leave? i was sooo incredibly sad when i realized that my camera gave up on me, just like that! the shutter went crazy on me but WHATEVER (i took it to the shop and a couple of dollars later... it finally works again) 

Anyways, i can't stop bragging about this night, lucky for me i was able to capture some moments from the night, sorry lovers (the ones i missed on my way last night) 

You guys have no idea how impotent i felt when i couldn't record funny and sexy moments but fear no more because my camera is like new and ready for tonight at PANTY RAID... DJ Killed by Synth is playing all night!!! say what!!! ladies ladies ladies... is time for a freakin' good time!!!

last night i went to la cita and it was quite fun thanks to tommy, if you are a regular at la cita then you must know him very well, he is so sweet and attentive. Cheap Soul presented the Mardi Gras celebration with some yummy jambalaya, seafood Gumbo and King Cake... yummy yummy and to top it off Leopold and the bang bang bang performed a little fun number "I want to be evil"

BUT it is wednesday again and that means more booby trap madness for all the ladies out there, so get those cleavage friendly tops ready for tonight... it is going to be madness!

Mardi Gras

Dear Lovers; 

it has been a long week since i last wrote and as you can see there is a big change on what the page looks like, this was possible with the amazing help of Jillian Murray and yes i know that the website has been long overdue but fear no more... there are far more exciting things on the way and i really want you guys to be part of it :)

"Lovers & Strangers" and a little bit of "Toxinas"

Dear Lovers:

Valentine's day was upon me and i still didn't know where to go but lucky for me i was joined by not one but two a-ma-zing girls. 

We started at "Toxinas" @ Mal's Bar presented by Audio Elemental Radio and the beautiful djs Mony Cometa and Kolo Barrera. Let me say that these guys are incredibly funny and have a great sense of letting loose... i tell ya... hang out with these kids and you won't stop laughing... i love them!

We enjoyed great music by "Leche" who is from Juarez! ha! and they kick ass! and the girls LOVE THEM! check their myspace page and be ready for a spanish delight! 

Can i also mention that there were yummy tamales AND popcorn? 

this was definitely an awesome party to start the night with

Next Stop was "Lovers & Strangers" presented by "The Hear Gallery" and "Hang the Dj's" this was a fabulous Art & Music Festival that was sponsored by way too many people to mention here... ha! but among them was Nacional Records, Filter Magazine, Metromix, and American Apparel. 

The list of featured artist included Tyler Floren, Andrew Robinson and Eric Valdez, just to name a few. Someone new for me was YO! Majesty I have heard "Kriptonite Pussy" before but i had never had the opportunity to see it live and fuck! this girl is A-MA-ZING!!!

I do regret missing the "We are the world" performance but what made up for it was the fantastic dj line up, we were right on time to enjoy part of Aaron Castle's dj set but goodness gracious i was blessed to hear KIM ANH's (Booby Trap) full set! yay!! she is officially my #1 dj!!

Pimp n' Push: just like a breath of fresh air

Dear Lovers:

so last night i made a little detour and was curious to find out what this "Pimp n' Push" party had to offer... well i uncovered a nice little place not so far from "WeHo" (are we implying that we are the ho?) anyways that's another conversation.

I found this place to be incredibly exciting! not only were they playing electro, 80's and indie in one room (delightfully delivered by DJ Shar) but there was a completely separate room playing hip hop, reggae, and R n' B (provided by Dj Syrehn) 

I was so excited about this because i found myself jumping from one room to another in no time. One second i felt like getting down and dirty and the next i felt a little electrified so it was just perfect! And I love the fact that the girls there were so mixed, there was a little eye candy for every taste! ha! perfect!

but i had my eye on the one girl that was working the pole all night... oh baby baby This is definitely one hell of a party! next time you decide to check this night out make sure to thank Pimp(Michelle) and Push(Regina) personally, just make sure you are still coherent enough to form a sentence :)

Dear Lovers

I feel it is my duty to share with you what has been on my mind lately, and trust me when i say that i had mixed feelings about this.

Recently there was an abrupt transition from "Heat" to a new night by the name of "Panty Raid" which i started promoting a few weeks ago without really knowing the reason for such change.

I am a firm believer that truth above all is the cure to our "problems" or "differences" and with that said i believe that my motive to circulate this online is to inform you of the challenges we face as an LGBT(Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender) community.

This is not intended to upset anybody or create a bad reputation but as my friend DJ Josh Peace says: 
to encourage further dialogue about musical segregation in today's gay club scene, and it's negative impact on our community. This is an open letter to anyone who would like to discuss this matter further, including any patrons of Thursday nights, management at HERE LOUNGE, city council officials, Sherrif's department representatives, promoters, DJ's and any other member of our community.

I believe that if we are strong about our values and fight for our principles we can really  make an impact in people's lives.

Panty Raid: where is the "raid"?

Good morning dear lovers:

With all the excitement and hype(just click here to see what InLAMagazine had to say) of the new night "Panty Raid"  i asked:

"where the heck is the raid?"

I did certainly enjoy Dj Killed By Synth and how could i not? she made girls shake and reshake their fine booties and that was just lovely to see :)

but what was missing were the brave girls actually showing their undies at the "panty booth" 

Of course if showing off your best panty shot is not quite your cup of tea then a nice free panty shot at the bar will do for you right?

Dear Lovers:last night was certainly an a-ma-zing night with the ladies at Booby Trap, they never fail to deliver!
They are simply "hand clapping. feet stomping. hair flinging" deliciously sexy
The night started a bit late i am guessing that was due to the cold weather? anyways the beautiful ladies arrived fashionably late and that's ok due to the stunning eye candy we had to enjoy throughout the rest of the night.
The night started with Dj Anon who has such a great vibe around her, i love it! then we softly transitioned to Dj Asha who was back by popular demand and everyone loved dancing to and lastly but certainly not least was Dj Kim Anh who with those sick mixes ended the night... i tell you i was soo tired from the dancing i actually had to sit down... hahahaha i love them boobies!

and muscles of course... just ask her to show you some of her best features :)
